Used or Refurbished Containers

• Guaranteed Wind and Watertight (WWT) unless otherwise stated

• May include normal dents, scratches, or surface rust

Modified / Prefabricated Steel Units

• Customized to your specifications

• May require additional fabrication and lead time

Note: Cosmetic imperfections do not qualify as defects.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

• Delivery fees may apply unless otherwise specified.

• Preferred payment method: Bank Transfer for enhanced security and traceability.

• Payments must be completed in full before delivery, unless alternate written terms are approved.

Credit/debit card payments, checks, or corporate purchase orders may be accepted subject to verification.

5. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• You will receive an official invoice and written order confirmation.

• Delivery typically occurs within 3–5 business days depending on location and logistics.

Processing times may vary for custom or special-order units.

6. Delivery

Customers must ensure the delivery site is properly prepared before the arrival of equipment.

Customer is responsible for:

• Adequate space, clearance, and ground stability

• Providing accurate delivery details

• Ensuring required permits (if applicable)

Delivery Methods

• Tilt-bed trucks

• Flatbed carriers

• Crane-assisted delivery for restricted-access or elevated placements

Delays caused by site inaccessibility or lack of preparation fall under customer responsibility. All delivery charges are confirmed upfront—no hidden fees.

7. Returns & Refunds

Return Window: 30 days from delivery date.

Eligible Returns:

• Container does not match the agreed specifications

• Undisclosed structural defects

• Missing or invalid certifications (e.g., WWT, CW) where explicitly promised

Not Eligible:

• Containers that have been moved, altered, or damaged after delivery

• Cosmetic imperfections disclosed upfront

• “As-is” units where conditions were clearly communicated

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after return approval and inspection.

8. Warranty

Warranty Coverage:

New / One-Trip Containers: 12 months
Used Containers: 90 days
Modified/Prafab Units: 6 months

Covers:

• Structural integrity

• Wind & watertight condition (as applicable)

• Door functionality and essential components

Excludes:

• Cosmetic wear, rust, dents

• Damage caused by improper use, relocation, or site conditions

• Environmental or natural disaster damage

9. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate site and delivery details

• Prepare the site for safe delivery

• Arrange local permits if required

10. Limitation of Liability

Prime Hub Steel is not liable for:

• Damages caused by improper site preparation

• Delivery delays due to weather, road closures, or third-party carriers

• Misuse, unauthorized modifications, or post-delivery damage

Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.
